Principal, Dealtran Legal
Chukwudi Anyanwuocha is a Nigerian lawyer and the principal of Dealtran Legal. His work sits where mining and critical minerals regulation, government policy, corporate and fintech law and enterprise management meet.
From October 2023 to March 2026 he was Special Assistant (Legal Affairs) to the Honourable Minister of Solid Minerals Development, advising on mining legislation, mineral titles administration, investment facilitation, regulatory reform and Community Development Agreements. He began his career in commercial litigation and corporate practice at Nigerian law firms and has held senior legal and commercial roles in the GIG group of companies.
At Dealtran Legal he leads each engagement personally. He is a PhD candidate in Public and International Law at Nile University of Nigeria, Abuja, researching critical minerals governance, and the founder of Boxoflaw, a legal and professional knowledge resource.
